BARNEGAT LIGHT – A man was airlifted to a hospital after two boats collided Friday about 10 miles off the coast of Barnegat Light, authorities said. TowBoat U.S. Barnegat Light & Beach Haven responded on July 31 and located a 32-foot research vessel and a 33-foot Grady-White that were both taking on water.
