Warren standoff ends with two people removed from home

WARREN — Two subjects, a male and female, were removed and placed in police vehicles after a standoff today near the intersection of East Market Street and Linden Avenue SE. The male, Tony A. Walton, of 169 Linden Avenue, was arrested and charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony. The charge was filed in Warren Municipal Court.
