JACKSON – Jackson police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened Monday afternoon in the 3700 block of Douglas Avenue. Officers responded to the area around 1:43 p.m., according to Jackson Police Chief RaShall Brackney. Brackney said two armed people dressed in all black and wearing masks were seen walking down the street before police received a report of shots fired.
