A man who has been charged in a hit-and-run which led to the deaths of two young women has been indicted with charges of possessing false documents identifying him as a U.S. Citizen.

ELKTON — A man who fatally struck a pedestrian with his car on a highway near Perryville and then left the scene has received an eight-year prison term, according to Cecil County Circuit Court records.
