The Mkukula First Grade Magistrate Court has sentenced 27-year-old Jossam Bickton Kaipa to 12 years imprisonment for defiling a 12-year-old girl. Magistrate Mervis Sulumba handed down the sentence after hearing evidence from prosecution witness Sergeant Ruth Kalimona.
