Man freed from vehicle struck by tree in Springfield

Fire, police and ambulance crews responded Friday about 5:30 p.m. to a tree on a vehicle on Bishop Avenue in Springfield Township. It happened as the leading edge of a thunderstorm was passing through Delaware County. Upon arrival, crews confirmed entrapment.
