OAKLAND — A man was fatally shot in East Oakland Friday afternoon in the city’s second killing within 11 hours, authorities said. No other information has been released yet about the victim, including his age and residence. The shooting happened about 1:16 p.m. Friday in the 1400 block of 90th Avenue near International Boulevard. The man was pronounced deceased at the scene.
