A 30-year-old man, Thokozani Masoayere, died while crossing the flooded Chafumbi River in Zamba Village, Ntchisi. Ntchisi Deputy Police Spokesperson Tadala Makiyi said the incident occurred on Monday when the man, who had been suffering from epilepsy, was returning home from his uncle’s house.
