SILVER BAY, Minn. —  A water emergency at Tettegouche State Park on Monday ended with a 54-year-old man dead. The call for help came in around 11:30 a.m. The caller reported a man had jumped off the High Falls but did not resurface, according to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.
