A man died and a baby was taken by helicopter to a hospital after the vehicle in which they were traveling was submerged face down in a creek on Wednesday. According to DeKalb police, the officers received a report of missing persons shortly before 10 p.m. on Wednesday, after an adult man and a one-year-old baby failed to reach their destination. After a search, a vehicle was located in a creek at 3100 South First Street block, authorities said.
