An 18-year-old motorist who crashed a stolen car into a popular South Side restaurant early Friday has been arrested, police said. The driver was behind the wheel of a black Mazda sedan around 3:40 a.m. when he drove it into the side of Maxwell Street Grill, 7901 S. South Chicago Avenue.
