A Hopkinsville man was charged with failing to comply with the sex offender registry after a traffic stop on East 9th Street in Hopkinsville Tuesday night. Hopkinsville Police say they stopped a vehicle driven by 29-year-old Jonathan Amerson due to him having a suspended license.
