Man charged with assault, kidnapping and child abuse after Johnson City domestic fight

A Johnson City woman told police that she and her child were physically assaulted during a domestic fight that resulted in one arrest. 20-year-old Anthony Springfield is accused of choking the victim then pushing the head of the child into a wall when the juvenile tried to climb onto Springfield and stop the attack.
