Teen 'Caught Red-Handed' After Running over Grace Lynch with Scrambler, Court Hears
Keith Lee, 18, admitted to driving at excessive speed through red lights, causing the death of 16-year-old Grace Lynch at a pedestrian crossing, court heard.
