LISBON, Ohio (WKBN) - A man who was being held in the Columbiana County Jail after being charged during a human trafficking sting in Salem has been released to West Virginia authorities. Court records show that Devon Eckard, who was sentenced and fined after pleading guilty to engaging in prostitution, was released Thursday to West Virginia on a warrant.
