A Paducah man is facing attempted rape and assault charges following his arrest in Princeton over the weekend. The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet announced that the intersection of KY 176 and Merle Travis Highway has temporarily reopened in Muhlenberg County following phase one of a project reconfiguring the intersection.
