Man arrested for selling crack out of Jackson Blvd. residence

On Dec. 25, a man called the police and asked them to do a welfare check on his friend, who stays in an apartment on Jackson Boulevard. The caller said he was at the residence earlier that day and saw a gun and a lot of narcotics, which he believed a man staying with his friend was selling out of the apartment.
