Through a binational intelligence operation between Mexican and U.S. authorities, agents from the Criminal Investigation Agency (AMIC) and the State Public Security Police (PESP) captured Carlos Javier “N”, 38 years old, who was wanted for the crime of attempted aggravated homicide.
