Police in Dowa have arrested Aubrey Kabango, 36, on suspicion of sexually assaulting an 15-year-old girl at a lodge within Dzaleka Refugee Camp. According to Dowa Police spokesperson Alice Sitima, the arrest was made on June 16 following a report from the girl’s mother, who informed police that her daughter had allegedly been sexually abused by a man.
