1 in custody after deadly shooting in Port Colborne: Niagara police

- A 31-year-old Niagara Falls man died after being shot Thursday evening at a residence on Fares Street in Port Colborne, prompting Niagara Regional Police Service officers to arrest 30-year-old Tyler Haas at the scene.
- Officers and Niagara Emergency Medical Services responded shortly after 6:30 p.m. to find the victim suffering "an injury consistent with a gun shot," police said, though he was transported to hospital where he later died.
