Charleston, W.Va. (WVDN) – On Saturday, February 14, 2026, Trooper A.C. Walters responded to a single-vehicle crash on Pennsylvania Avenue near the community of Pinch, West Virginia. Upon arrival, Trooper Walters observed a passenger vehicle overturned on its roof.
