Man Arresed in Southern Floyd County After Causing Wreck while Driving Drunk
Robert Prince Williams, 40 of Lithonia, was arrested in Rome after reports said he caused a wreck on Livingston Road while driving drunk. Police said that Williams crossed out of his lane of travel and struck a culvert, which resulted in a collision with another vehicle. Reports added that Williams then attempted to discard a bottle of alcohol before police arrived. Source
