A Lochbuie man is accused of stealing nearly $600,000 worth of property from a Fort Lupton renewable energy company and selling it as scrap metal. Dustin Ulmer, 42, faces two counts of theft between $100,000 and $1 million, according to an affidavit for his arrest.
