CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — A pastor at a church in Franklin County has been indicted on nearly two dozen charges after he was accused of sexually abusing two teens.Franklin County Common Pleas Court records show Dominic Foor, 39, of Logan, is charged with 11 counts of sexual battery, six counts of importuning and six counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. Foor has pleaded not guilty and was released after posting a $250,000 bond.
