Salt Lake City (USA) - Czech hockey goalie Michael Hrabal has signed a three-year rookie contract with Utah in the NHL. The contract will be valid from the start of the 2026/27 season. The Mammoths immediately sent the holder of two bronze medals from the junior world championships to their farm team, the Tucson Roadrunners in the AHL, on a professional trial contract. The club announced the agreement on its website.
The NHL team Utah Mammoth continues to rely on Czech goalies. The new addition is Michael Hrabal, who signed a rookie contract after a great season in the American university competition NCAA.
