KleuterZone controversy: What protection do investors, franchisees have under SA law?

Three former employees of a crèche de La Grande-Motte, Hérault, appeared this Thursday, April 3, 2025 before the Montpellier court. The three women were prosecuted for violence against children between 10 weeks and 3 years of age and for harassment of other agents. They were convicted.
