In Mali, Amadou Baby, one of the leaders of the youth organization of the municipality of Tonka, in the Timbuktu region, was murdered by the jihadists of the Islamic and Muslim Support Group (Jnim). The execution took place in the middle of the street on Friday, March 27th at night, and has since aroused anger and indignation. This locality had already been bereaved a few months ago by the murder of young TikTokeuse Mariam Cissé.
Local sources of Radio France International added that the victim was Amadou Papi, an official of Tembuktu in northern Mali, who was shot in front of his store in the town by armed men, pointing out that the group accused the organization of collaborating with the army and standing behind some arrests.
