Mali: In Diafarabé, Malian Soldiers Executed Civilians and Targeted the Peuls, Says FIDH and Amnesty

In Mali, following the revelations of RFI last week, following the investigation of Human Rights Watch earlier this week, it is the turn of the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) and Amnesty International to report on the execution of some 20 civilians by the army in Diafarabé, near Tenenkou, in the Mopti region.
