UNITED STATES, JUL 24 – Public disapproval of Trump's handling of Epstein files has caused his chances of completing a second term to drop from 71% to 65%, according to Star Sports odds.
- On Tuesday, Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson adjourned the lower chamber, a move critics said was designed to block a vote on the Epstein files.
- Since July 6, the Department of Justice and FBI issued a joint memo stating Epstein 'had no incriminating 'client list',' and President Donald Trump called it the `Jeffrey Epstein Hoax`, which he said Democrats created.
- In the latest Emerson College poll, only 16% approved of Trump's handling of Epstein's sex trafficking case, while 51% disapproved, conducted July 21–22 among 1,400 U.S. voters.
- Following public backlash, betting odds slipped to 8/15, showing decreased Trump reelection prospects over the past month.
