Odessa residents could see 7-days of free water following odor concerns

Odessa City Council is hoping to deliver its residents a week of free water after complaints of an odor in the water supply. Although the water supply remains safe, residents first noticed an odor, which some described as fishy, sulfur- or sewage-like, on July 23, prompting the City releasing water testing data to ease concerns.
