Garmin Fenix 9 Is Here, and It’s Brighter and Thinner than Its Predecessor
On Tuesday, Garmin officially launched the Fenix 9, posting product details to its website ahead of the scheduled YouTube Premiere.
The Fenix line targets "serious athletes and adventurers," representing Garmin's most expensive product series and featuring a screen twice as bright as the previous Fenix 8.
Available to order on August 28, the watch comes in 43mm, 47mm, and 51mm sizes, with prices starting at £849 and reaching £1,200 for the pro version.
Garmin introduced the "Epic" feature for sharing adventures and improved routing, which the company claims is "smoother and more intuitive," plus support for Siri, Spotify, and WhatsApp.
An FCC filing spotted earlier this month initially suggested the release was imminent, though the YouTube Premiere remains scheduled for the official product announcement.
