Scalpel economy in healthcare. These are the most drastic measures in the last 20 years. The payment of sick leave for common illnesses, such as otitis or a common cold, is reduced to half the salary. In addition, many of the insured people who have been exempted from contributions until now will have to pay from August 1 for reimbursed medical services. The measures should bring over 7 billion lei to the budget annually.
