Mainz set to purchase Congolese attacker Silas from Stuttgart for less than €1m

Dennis Beyer reports that Mainz and Stuttgart have reached an agreement over the transfer of Congolese attacker Silas Katompa Mvumpa. Mainz have successfully convinced Stuttgart to reduce the transfer fee from €1.5m to the low-six-figure range.
