Mainer accused of setting fire to stolen truck

A Windsor man allegedly set fire to a stolen truck earlier this month. Ben Alan Manley, 27, has been charged with arson, aggravated criminal mischief and unauthorized use of property, according to Shannon Moss, a spokesperson for the Maine Department of Public Safety.
