The Uttarakhand Chardham Tirtha Purohit Mahapanchayat has opposed the replica of the Kedarnath temple built in Saifai. The Mahapanchayat has called it a mockery of the sentiments of Sanatan Dharma and warned that if the Vastu and name are not changed, the court will be approached. An appeal has also been made to SP chief Akhilesh Yadav.
