ASHLAND, Ky. — Two Magoffin County men are now under federal indictment, less than a month after they were arrested following a drug raid. Eddie McFarland, 34, of Lakeville, and Anthony Darrell Saylor, 38, of Salyersville, were each indicted for conspiracy to distribute controlled substances and distributing controlled substances.
