JOHNSON COUNTY – A Magoffin County man was killed in a one-vehicle wreck in Johnson County on March 5. A commercial vehicle, owned by Jackson Propane Plus and operated by Allen Skaggs, 49, of Salyersville, reportedly left the roadway and Skaggs lost control of the vehicle.
