On August 15, the Doi Suthep-Pui National Park Facebook page posted an announcement stating that the park would be temporarily closed to tourists at "Mae Sa Waterfall". From August 15, 2026 onwards, until the situation returns to normal, due to a flash flood that occurred on August 15, 2026 at 4:20 PM.
