Maduro's prisons, concentration camps to silence dissent

The Casla Institute has denounced to the international community the situation of political civilian and military prisoners detained in different detention centres, “isolated for inhuman punishments, incommunicado from relatives and lawyers for months, victims of torture, cruel inhuman and degrading treatment”. And compared these centers to concentration camps.
