In Madagascar, a freighter stranded near the city of Diego Suarez, in the north of the country, leaves a fear of an environmental disaster. Falling out last Sunday, he drifted to a coral barrier that encircles the sea of Emerald, jewel of biodiversity and high place of tourism in Madagascar. If the authorities want to reassuring themselves by avoiding any risk of pollution, traces of fuel oil have nevertheless been discovered on a nearby island.
