Following Trump's announcement of a possible diesel export ban, France is looking for a conversation. A G7 video conference is also planned.
On Friday, the French President urged the G7 countries to "act in a concerted manner, without restrictions on exports" to lower fuel prices. France proposed to release 50 million barrels of European diesel oil, as well as 50 million barrels of crude oil in the member countries of the International Energy Agency (IEA).
