Czech Foreign Minister Petr Macinka arrived in Kyiv after overnight Russian attacks delayed his train, visiting Ukraine amid a political scandal in Prague over anti-Ukraine remarks.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Petr Macinka (Motorists) arrived in Kiev on Friday morning at a time of a massive Russian attack on all of Ukraine. Kiev was also hit, four dead and 19 injured are reported. The number of victims may increase. Macinka is accompanied by the honorary president of the Motorists, Filip Turek, who is currently unsuccessfully applying for a position in the government.
