M resort's second tower opening in December; Emeril Lagasse restaurant announced

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The M Resort will open its second hotel tower on Monday, Dec. 1, nearly doubling its hotel capacity from 390 to 765 rooms, according to a Wednesday news release. The earlier-than-expected opening will enable owner Penn Entertainment to host guests for NFR, New Year’s Eve and CES, and a new Emerile Lagasse restaurant is planned.
