M&S brings back retro item 70 years after it first appeared on shelves
The £5 box returns with six heritage biscuits and St Michael-inspired packaging after M&S revived other retro sweets earlier this year.
Marks & Spencer will release its Big Six selection box on October 30, reviving the product more than 70 years after it first appeared on shelves in the 1950s.
Designed with retro St Michael-inspired red and yellow packaging, the box is not an exact replica of the original but features a collection of M&S's current biscuits.
The selection includes Milk Chocolate Fudge Creams, Milk Chocolate Sandwich Fingers, Jam Sandwich Creams, Outrageously Chocolatey Marbled Whirls, All Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies, and Outrageously Chocolatey Milk Chocolate Shortcakes.
Priced at £5, the box is available in shops and via Ocado, which describes it as "A Curated Selection of Our Most Loved Biscuits, Reintroducing Our Favourite Heritage Products."
Earlier this year, M&S brought back retro chocolate bars including Jet, Sparks, Now!, and Coconut Grove inspired by 1980s favourites, prompting this biscuit box revival.
