On Tuesday, the court of economic affairs in Lyon decided to leave the holding company of the industrial group suspended until 4 February, the time to find a solution for most of its subsidiaries in judicial reorganization.
New key hearing this Tuesday at the Lyon Economic Court for ACI Group. A first takeover of a subsidiary has been validated and the period of observation of the holding is extended until 4 February.
The ACI industrial holding company was in front of the Lyon Economic Court on Tuesday 16 December. Four franc-comtois companies, employing a total of about 200 people, were part of the holding company placed in judicial reform. Two of them were liquidated. ACI was granted an additional period of observation until 4 February 2026.

Philippe Rivière, the president of the ACI group, is still gaining time. On 16 December, the Lyon Economic Court granted a further stay until 4 February 2026 for the holding of the leading industrial group of nearly 1,400 employees. Consisting of successive acquisitions of TPE and SMEs from industrial subcontracting at a splintered pace, the group had been placed in judicial reorganization at the end of September.
