- Formed by private equity firm Trive Capital in May, Lyntris provides defense connectivity solutions and reported its backlog more than doubled to $923.9 million as of June 30.
- Investor caution remains evident as the summer listing window draws to a close, despite a strong IPO market rebound in recent months.
- With the offering expected to close on Thursday, August 20, 2026, Lyntris intends to use net proceeds to repay approximately $60.0 million in outstanding debt.
