Shillong, April 20: The tourism department has said that Lumpongdeng Island measuring 36 acres is excluded from the Concession Agreement of February 25. The agreement was executed between the Directorate of Tourism, Meghalaya with Umiam Hotel Pvt Ltd (Taj Resort and Spa).
