(QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- A North Carolina man was killed while attempting to cross a busy Rock Hill Road Tuesday, York County officials say.  According to the York County Coroner’s Office, 54-year-old Phillip Smith of Lumberton was found dead on Celanese Road at Riverview Road May 20.
