Xinhua -- Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva highlighted today Saturday the legacy that will leave the 30th Conference of the Parties (COP30) of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change that will take place this month in Belém, capital of the state of Pará (north), after delivering the works of expansion and modernization of the international airport and the Port of Outeiro.
