Washington formulated regular proposals to Minsk, and Alexander Lukashenko got acquainted with them. This was announced today, July 28, by Permanent Representative of Belarus to the UN Valentin Rybakov following a report to the Belarusian leader.
Alexander Lukashenko's last contacts with representatives of the US administration were in April this year. On July 28, he received his representative to the UN, Valentin Rybakov.
